AJA Catering started as a family dream in Tempe, Arizona. The name "AJA" comes from the initials of our three children - a constant reminder that everything we do is for family. We opened our doors at 8402 S Avenida del Yaqui with a simple mission: serve authentic Punjabi home-style food that reminds people of their mother's kitchen.
Word began to spread in the local Indian community about our authentic chole bhature and freshly made parathas. Our small restaurant quickly became a gathering place, earning the nickname "The Hidden Gem" from our early customers who discovered our dhaba-style cooking.
